1) Ceiling of 45 Audit U/s 44 AB is also applicable for Sec 44 AD.

2) Specified last date for audit and filling of return u/s 44 AD.

3) whether reporting formate is same as u/s 44 AB.

30 June 2011 If 44AB gets attracted then all normal provisions of Income Tax relating to business income gets attracted, Sec 44AD will have no applicability then,,

30 June 2011 1. Yes sure ceiling of audit limit will be applicable.
2. last date for submission of ITR 31 St July,
3. Return form will be ITR -4S it talking about audit report and tax audit then it will be same as per other case.
4. In case of partnership firm it will be better to file the ITR 5

01 July 2011 ICAI General Guidelines,2008 dated 8/8/2008 says, the audit conducted under section 44AD of the Income tax Act,1961 shall not be taken into account for the purpose of reckoning the 'specified number'(45 audits) of tax audit assignments.
