Can you pls resolve my following query:
Whether salary paid by partnership firm to karta of HUF who is the partner of such firm is allowable or disallowable?? Salary is paid within the limit of Sec 40b.

The salary payable to the Karta of Partner HUF is allowable to the firm and the salary received will be shown in the return of HUF under the head PGBP.
