answer to ur question is no as the provisions of the act are very clear and provides for payment in aggregate not to exceed Rs. 20000.

03 June 2010 you can pay if bill recd from diffrent party. single party cash payment up to 20000/ in case of transporter you can pay single transporter up to 35000 in a day.
