Please let me know whether after getting approval from RD for entering into contracts u/s 297, any form needs to be filed with the ROC or not??

01 October 2013 Any approval received from RD or CLB etc is required to be filed with ROC through E-form 21, within 30 days of approval letter.

Please download and go through form 21 from MCA site.
