If a director doesnt attend the attend 3 consecutive board meetings or all the board meetings suring continous period of 3 months which ever is longer has to vacate the office
1.please explain the above with an example
2.what is meant by the term longer?

Intention of law is to give maximum time in office to the defaulting director.

Longer means which fulfill later that means both condition required to fulfill.
