IS THAT SEC 194IA APPLICABLE ON JOINT PURCHASE OF PROPERTY BY HUSBAND & WIFE.TOTAL VALUE OF PROPERTY IS RS.82 LAKH AND BOTH HUSBAND & WIFE HOLD 50%SHARE
