14 April 2015 fourth board meeting in a year could not be held for want of quorum whether amounts to contravention u/s. 173 of companies act 2013 or not? practice manual and munish bhandari differs.please explain

20 April 2015 No, it is not a non-compliance of Section 173 provided you comply with Section 174(4) of the Act i.e. the adjourned meeting shall be held as per Section 174(4).
