plzz..... tell me that if we are not dispatching notice via post than can we take the time gape of 21 clear days only and ignore 3 days of serving notice.

If you deliver all the Notices to shareholders by hand you can ignore 3 days of serving Notice.

For the removal of all your doubts kindly go through section 53 i.e. service of notice.
