06 October 2014 i have a salary income , i received form 16 from employer ,they Deducted TDS but same has not reflected in 26 AS . i was filed return online & Received intimation from CPC for TAX Demand .
How i Can file 154 Application online Or File a application of 154 on a paper form to LOCAL income Tax office.

06 October 2014 if the tax credit is still not reflecting in Form 26AS, you need to file the rectification application with the jurisdictional Assessing Officer.
