We have received notice u/s, 143(2)on 20.09.2006and we have requested adjournment. Again we have recd notice and they are mentioning 142(1),143(2)and 143(3)for the asst year 2015-16
My qtn what is meant for the above section and what is time for completing assessments

143(2) is scrutiny assessment for which notice is issued as per sec 142 time limit for issue of this notice is 6 months from the end of the assessment year 143(3) is the regular assessment order
