Sec 139 m 140 of companies act,2013

Hello frens
Actually i want to ask u that the sec 224 and 225 of companies act ,1956 has been replaced by the sec 139 and sec 140 of companies act,2013 .so while answeing the ques in exams of audit of clause 9 of professional ethics shall we should made the reference of sec 139 and 140 of companies act,2013 or sec 224 and 225 of companies act,1956 or we should mention sections of both the act.

Section 224 and 225 are out now. I would suggest you to prepare section from both the act.
