I am having a shares of one company. I reqire some details regarding financials of the company. Suppose they are not giving it to me what should i do? whether sebi should be approached? If so, please give me the procedure and email id for the same.

First write a letter to company's secretarial department asking for Annual Report of a company which contain balance sheet and profit and loss account.
Under section 219 of companies act, 1956 it is duty of the company to provide the details of financials to its members.
if company fails to fulfill your request then file your complaint with SEBI.
