hello experts.
i wanted to ask you a thing. suppose, a students 3.5 years of articleship period is over, and his principal shows his article extension. so will the principal's seat be vacant as soon as the article submits his form 108 showing extension. like what if the article stops pursing ca course,then in that case will the principal seat be blocked as the student wont complete his extension period????
please help experts,every comment is much appreciated!

If principal shows extension articleship seat will not get vacated... And in case article dropped ca course principle will file form 109 and then his get vacated

but form 109 is for transfer of articleship.. so is form 109 appropriate over here?
