My doubt is regarding procedures during search and seizure
How exactly does the IT department go about seizing laptops and computers ?
Do they just copy the data on another hard drive or do they physically seize the laptop and computer. If they physically seize it how long are they allowed to seize it for?

They copy the data on computers and dont take away the computers
