Hi all,
My client wants to buy old laptops which in not in working condition and move it out of Banaglore But within state ,
Shall he register and proceed or he is exempted as his sale will not cross lacks .
Will be there any problem in check post

Upto reaching Rs5 lakhs in sales,he need not register under VAT Act.....MJK
