04 December 2017 I received Cash and cheque as fees in school. Can i make one slip or make two slip. its possible or not

He pay 16400 by cheque and 50 by cash
Now I make one fees slip 16450 OR
Make 2 slip 16400 & 50
What is proper accounting

04 December 2017 It's better to prepare two receipts as you are receiving payment in two modes i.e cash and Bank

You ll be prepare two receipts as Bank and Cash...

As per law.,
We must keep the documents like receipts Rs. 25 and above & Payments Rs. 50 and above.

So, don't be leave if small or big. Create receipt for both transactions...
