Sir, Whether schedule vi applicable for non corporate entities? Is it optional to a firm to follow schedule vi?

Schedule VI is applicable for for Companies only. Revised Schedule VI is now Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013.

it applicable on the company registered under the company act if your organization registered then applicable otherwise not
