Scaling of marks

it is said that scaling is not done if you appear for both group in ipc
but if a student has appeared for both groups nd fails in the 2nd group but is passing in 1st will scaling be done in the 1st group in this situation. ?

we cannot judge whether scaling is done or not, if you have doubts on marks received you can apply for certified copies /verification and demand for revision in marks
