Dear Sir,
SBC is not integrated in CENVAT Credit chain. therefore Credit of SBC cannot be availed. for more information refer following link - --

Hi,
SBC is a leavy and in a Layman's language its a Cost to be absorbed by the Business. No CV Credit of SBC is allowed / available.
