if savings under sec 80c is more than 1.5 lac then whether full amount of savings should be shown in ITR

Yes. Show full amount in ITR but deduction available rs 1.5 Lacs.

Yes you can show the full amount you paid under each items eligible for deduction. Deduction available will be actual amount or max. Amy of Rs. 150000/- which Ever is lower.
