What is your's view on Satyam Scam Board of Directors,CFO and CEO participation in this scam ?
And What are the reponsibilities auditor are not able to fullfill...is they are also liable for this scap of BSE,NSE listed company...?

All are linked up. Such a scam could not be a one man show. It also involves some big names which will never be disclosed.

Auditors are only a part of the game. Whether they played on their own, thats too a mystery which might not be solved.
