I had a Query regarding Statutory Report & Meeting

One of my Senior said the provisions for Statutory meeting has been diluted...

any info in these regards..???

Section 165 is very much in force.

Earlier it was proposed to remove this section from the act through J.J. Irani committee report. But it remail just a proposal.
