23 June 2012 We have filed form 17 ie. satisfaction of charges for a private limited company, the satisfaction for part amount. But charges has been filed fully,

Is there any way to ratify the same or we have to go for condonation. Please explain.

10 July 2012 U can file Form 17 again to the ROC for full satisfaction of charges so that no more consequences u need to face in future.
