30 June 2011 Do we need to deposit the service tax on accrual basis on invoices raised before 01.04.11?

Suppose we have raised invoices in 2010-11 for Rs 10000/- ( service tax amount is Rs 1030/-).My qury is whether I need to deposit the service tax of Rs 1030/- though the invoice is still outstanding till date.i.e . 30.06.11.

05 July 2011 Service tax on invoices raised prior to 1 July 2011 is payable on payment basis i.e. it is not covered under new rule

06 July 2011 S Tax on invocies raised prior to 1st april 2011 is payble on receipt basis & from 01.04.11 it is payble on accrual basis.
