13 April 2012 Dear Sir,

I am a newly qualified Chartered Accountant and I wish to pursue SAP FI/CO course. There are many local institutes in delhi(apart from NIIT, Delphi and genovits, siemens) who are providing Training in SAP FI/CO (NOT CERTIFICATION)in a fees ranging between Rs. 25000/- to 40000/-.

I wish to know whether it is worth while to spent money on such course provided by these local institutes.

As i am looking out for a job opening, i would like to know would this course help me in getting a better job or the money spent on this course done through uncertified institutes is a sheer wastage of money.

Hoping for the valuable advice/suggestions of the experts and friends.

You may take the training from the said inst. but that may not help when you are looking forward to work as SAP FICO Consultant.However, if you take training through Delphi or Genovate or similar affiliated inst. they may help you to pass SAP certification. If you have SAP certification, then you can have a SAP logo on your resume and that is weighted differently.
However,small inst. can familiar you with SAP but I doubt the assistance provided by them in clearing the SAP Certification.

You may Take your decision accordingly.
