Do we need to raise a Excise Invoice for making a sample sale for which party is not going to make payment for the same.
What will be the accounting treatement.
Please clarify.

Yes, no Excisable goods can be removed without preparation of invoice from the registered factory premises. Neverthless, the valution shall be made in terms of valuation rules in absence of transanction value nil.
