Hi,
Dea Sir,
i have Salary package for 4.8 Lacs P.a. and i have not filed the Return for A.Y 2010-11 and Now i m Going to File this July 2011 and in the Same Year if i file A.Y.2011-12. then there is any Problem in Loan like Housing Loan, Personal Loan and any kind of Loan in Bnaks
Whether Banks claimed me that U have Filed Both Return on Same Date and Create any problem in Loan

Yes, bankers desire that at least 6 months gap should be there in filing of the return of two consecutive AYs.
This requirement is for their own satisfaction. They face many cases in which the returns are filed for the sake of obtaining loan only.
