sir , if anybody ask sales turnover , may i. said sales turnover with sales tax or with out sales tax. pls clarify.

depends on the premise. in Income tax, turnover is inclusive of taxes. whereas in accounting, you might be just reporting actual sales exclusive of taxes.
in generic management angle, the actual sales exclusive of all the taxes constitute the turnover.

every trade, or company maintain diff-2 accounting method.
some are show sales with excise and sales tax as Total sales of its company/firm.
some only show basic amount of his product or service as sales.
