What is the reason for accumulation of unutilised vat credit in your return. Are you an exporter. Your query is not clear.
If you are not able to adjust/set off in your next payment, you can file your claim and it will be settled as per the norms. If they are not settling the claim, meet the Joint commissioner level for the solution.
