Can any expert throw some light on the sales tax on goods sold through e-commerce platform on on line shopping as per Karnataka Vat both for the sales within Karnataka and sales outside karnataka.

the rate of vat is applicable as same as for local or interstate.
since the buyer is end user.
you can get the TIN number under KVAT ACT,2003
and sell the goods any where in India & collect the VAT as per schedule mentioned in KVAT.
