for open a shop related to rags product whater any licence and any other formalities is required for commencing it.actually i m opening a shop in himachal so plese suggest me

I think a query of similar type has been answewred already.If the total sales exceeds or likely to exceed Rs5 lakhs in a year you are required to register under Uttarakhand Trade tax Act(or VAT Act).
