Sales incentives taxability under 'salaries'

A Salesman receives Salary from his employer. Apart from this, he also receives incentives. Are these incentives fuly taxable? Is there any exemption in this regard under 'Income from Salary'?

09 January 2013 Yes, It is nothing but commission on sales which is part of the salary and any incentive paid to employeee is considered as salary.
