what is the meaning of bainama and is it include stamp fee?

The meaning of "bainama" can generally be construed as a write-up of related conditions of the deal or say it as a- Sale Deed.

Generally the purchaser incurs the expenses towards registration.

The Seller can deduct the expenses only when he has actually incurred the expenditure.
