25 December 2014 The meaning of "bainama" can generally be construed as a write-up of related conditions of the deal or say it as a- Sale Deed.

Generally the purchaser incurs the expenses towards registration.

The Seller can deduct the expenses only when he has actually incurred the expenditure.

After deciding the above fact, you may compute the capital gains and for the purpose, the consideration amount mentioned in the Sale Deed will be the Sales Consideration.
