Can a registered dealer purchase the goods against Form H for the purpose of selling these goods to the unit located in Gujarat SEZ area?

form h is for direct exporter.u can't issue it while you are selling to sez dealer. sez dealer will issue to you form I. and c.s.t. is not payable on it.
