If any goods sell to out side of delhi to a unregesterd dealer, so how much tax charge & those tax is a dvat or cst.

20 August 2014 2. if you are selling the goods to URD or without any form to RD, then the rate of CST is equal to rate of VAT that is applicable to Delhi

20 August 2014 what is rate of cst charge if goods are covered in dvat rate 1%,5%,12.5% respectively.

21 August 2014 It means

if Dvat is 1% then CST 1%
If Dvat is 5% then CST is 5%
If Dvat is 12.5% then CST is 12.5%
and so on.

22 August 2014 If those goods are covered in @ 12.5% under dvat but these goods are wrongly charge in @ 5% in time of sale then any effect in time of return filling.

23 August 2014 you have issue invoice for additional amount.

or you have to bear the rest of VAT amount.

Pls,suggest me A RD sales to URD & RD to out of delhi with out any form, charging of tax and this amount of tax not paid to govt.& not shown in form 16 & Books of accounts In that case any effect when time of prepare & final of B/S.
