Pl advise if I sale my car which is name of our Pvt Ltd co is gst applicable if yes who is to deposit gst and how. Our co is not having GST no.

No GST payable in this case as the company is not registered under GST.

No GST since you are unregistered but if due to sale of car your turnover exceeds the threshold limit then you will be required to take registration and pay GST.
