Sir/Ma'am,
Is there any applicability of excise duty and VAT(Haryana VAT)on sale of Capital Goods which have been used for more than one year? If yes, what should be the relevant rates for sale of used Plant & Machinery?

there is no excise duty on sale of capital goods.
