CAN I RAISED INVOICE OF VALUE LESS THEN PURCHASE VALUE FOR SALE IN TRANSIT. AS THE ENTRY TAX TO BE PAID BY ME SHALL BE APPLICABLE ON MY INVOICE WHICH WILL BE LESS IF I BILLED ON A LESS VALUE. THE MATTER IS FOR SUPPLY TO ODHISHA STATE FROM ANY OTHER STATE.
