I want to know that Sale Against H Form (sale to expoter) is only possible for Inter state Sale, now i want to know that one of my Client want to sale Local Exporter against H form
Can this is Posible...

13 March 2013 Form H is issued for Penultimate sales of export. Its issued against both interstate and Local.
