10 December 2014 sir,
mai abi abi ek company me accountant ke post join kiya hu. wo company kisi v employee ka pf account create nahi kiya hai par every month wo har employee ka pf amonut bina koi % se cut kar ke de raha hai. par pay slip me koi v pf amount ka bare kuch nahi hai. company ka head bolte hai sab ko pf milga.
mera question yeh hai ki mai mai ise kaise mange karu

or mera dursa question yah hai ki kya tds har month deduct hota hai agar ha to please details me samjaye kyuki mere company me yeh har month deduct kar raha hai

10 December 2014 u cannot take pf account amount till 5 years are complete. after that u can withdraw.

10 December 2014 okay wo thik hai muje apne sab employee ka pf account create karna hai or sath hi 2 saal se jo mera head sab employee ka pf deduct kar raha hai wo useme deposit karna hai yeh sab karne ke liye muje kya kya karna hoga or kaise hoga

10 December 2014 u need to go to pf department and collect forms and fill up and submit and start paying once u get the confirmation letter from them
