PLEASE CLARRIFY TO ME,
MY COLOUGE IS EARNED RS. 2.80 LAKS SHE IS LIABLE TO PAY INCOME TAX, SHE IS SUBMITTING HOUSING LOAN INTEREST CERTIFICATE TO CLAIMING REBAT AS CO-APPLICANT. HOUSE PROPERTIY IS ONLY HER HUSBAND'S NAME.
MY POINT OF VIEW IS NOT ABLE TO CLAIM THE INCOME TAX AS SHE IS NOT OWNER OF THE HOUSE PROPERITY. IS THIS CORRECT OR NOT
