I am paying housing loan Interst of Rs.140000/- and housing loan is in joint name with my brother, can i calim full amount of interest as my brother is not claiming same.
What document I require to submit to my Employer ?

you cannot claim full interest, since the loan is joint name. it should be sharing ratio only allowed
