Salary taxable or not

30 October 2014 My friend who is working since September 2012 in Kenya till now. Before that he was in India. Now he got salary from there and he transferred his salary in his Indian normal bank account (i.e. Not in NRI Bank a/c).

Please advise who he show his salary while filing income tax return. Secondly said salary is taxable in India or not as he did not pay any tax in Kenya at all.
