28 November 2012 Can i include perquisites like Car Lease, Driver Salary, Professional Attire, Entertainment reimbursements etc in salary structure for partners of a firm. Monthly pay around 50 K

For 50k monthly net pay this all will be much more.

Except Car lease you can include rest all.3

28 November 2012 Thanks. Would need more clarity.

Partners own cars and are using it for official purpose. Should i not include Car lease charges as reimbursement component in the pay structure. I plan to design a pay structure for partners like this:

Basic,HRA, Special Allowance, Conveyance, Medical and Reimbursements from among Car Lease, Driver Salary, Professional Attire,
Entertainment, Telephone reimbursement, Fuel Reimbursement.

Is it OK.

Can I fix the structure from the above mentioned components as applicable for the partners.

If its in Maharashtra then dont include Special Allowance word insted use Other Allowance.

Basic will be around 15k to 20K of which you will be keeping 50% as HRA.

Now Conv Allow. will be 800 but keep it as 1200. Medical Reim Rs. 1250. OA/Sp. All. will be 10K.

So sum total till here is 42K almost.

So balamce you can accomodate in reimbursements.
