Salary structure

in our company salary structure is 75000/- pm if a employee
Basic 30% of gross i.e. 22500/-
hra 50% of basic i.e. 11250/-
medical allowance 1250/-
conveyance 800/- and the remaining amount in gross salary is
special allowance is 39200/-
But Please give me the best salary structure to save tax on salary.

As you suggested that can i add food allowance in the form of cash instead of food coupons if can i have that please how much food allowance is eligible to exempt from tax.
Only Food coupons and food facility during officer hours eligible for exemption up to Rs.50 per meal ( non alcoholic)
