What do to if Tax Liability of a salaried individual comes to 1,00,000Rs. The reason is the employer has not deposited TDS for a Month what to do???

You should file your income tax return considering Actual amount of TDS deducted from you and then request your employer to deposit the TDS and file TDS return.
