If you're receiving a salary in USD from a UK company and also have interest income accrued in India, you'll need to file your Income Tax Return (ITR) using form ITR 2. Ensure you declare your foreign salary under the 'salary income' head. Note that your Form 26AS and AIS will only reflect your Indian interest income, so you must proactively declare your foreign earnings.

One of my client now received a salary of USD 1500/- from NAS company, UK. Previously, he was working in a Indian Company. Apart from salary in USD, he has interest income also accrued in India. How to file his ITR now ? As 26AS and AIS only shows his interest income accrued in India.
