18 November 2014 Hi ,can anyone pls help me? we are an IT company in Bangalore. our company recently hired one employee in US under work from home option with 40k per month. And another employee in banglore office with 75k per month, who is also running his own company. My doubt is which is best option to pay them monthly. I.e.professional fee with 10% tds or salary.
