pls let me know what difference it makes in salary packages, if one is a ranker and the other one not.

hi hemant, good to see this question, rank makes difference in intial salary package, if u r a ranker u may get good packages say around Rs. 10 lakh, otherwise u have to start with a low intial package like 4 to 6 lakh.
However, in long run its not the rank, but its knowledge and experience that is paid, so secure rank, but also have knowledge and experience.
