I was getting salary in India during the period april 08 to Dec 08. In feb 09, I shifted to dubai to join a new company. Now from feb 09 onwards I am getting salary there only.
nOw I need to file my income tax return for F. Y 2008-09.
WIll you pls confirm whether salary received in Dubai for Feb & Mar 09 is taxable in India or not ?
It is quite urgent pls

As u r resident of India, any income earned by you whether in India or abroad is taxable in ur hands.
So, file ur return after adding income earned by you while in dubai. The same is taxable in India.
